Crisis en Mirgor: Despidieron trabajadores y advierten posible cierre de la planta
A través de una notificación dirigida al Cuerpo de Delegados, la empresa Mirgor informó el “despido con causa (Art. 242 de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo) de todo el personal abarcado en el CCT 260/75 del turno mañana”, cuyo número de empleados afectados ronda entre 180 y 200.
La decisión fue adoptada en el marco de la paralización de las actividades durante las jornadas del miércoles y ayer, por parte de los trabajadores, que reclamaban un bono “de 100 mil pesos, que supondría para la compañía duplicar el monto ya acordado del premio”, explicó la firma en un segundo comunicado conocido en horas de la tarde de este jueves.
La nota menciona “consecuencias imprevisibles” como la “interrupción de la cadena del suministro de las principales terminales automotrices del país y cesación (cierre) de actividades de este pionero establecimiento industrial”.
En uno de sus primeros párrafos, el comunicado explica que, “atendiendo la delicada situación que viven los trabajadores y al pedido de la organización gremial UOM, la empresa anticipó y accedió a pagar la totalidad del premio en el mes de junio; por este motivo, la compañía considera que las medidas adoptadas son inexplicables y desmedidas”.
No obstante, hasta el cierre de esta edición, no se conoció ningún telegrama de despido expedido por parte de la empresa, y se espera por el ingreso de los trabajadores a la planta, en el turno mañana, hoy, a las 6.
Por lo pronto, los delegados mantuvieron una asamblea con los trabajadores al final del turno mañana de ayer, sin mayores novedades.
