Souto destacó la aprobación de la ley que restituye la movilidad jubilatoria
El jefe de Gabinete de la Municipalidad de Ushuaia, Oscar Souto, destacó la aprobación de la ley que restituye la movilidad jubilatoria, y también valoró los términos de la reunión que junto al secretario de Gobierno, Omar Becerra, mantuvo con los legisladores en forma previa a la sanción ya que se acordó evaluar cómo se financiará el déficit que le generaría al Municipio la normativa.
El funcionario apuntó que en ese encuentro “dejamos claro que estábamos a favor de que se votara esta ley”, y también “les manifestamos nuestra preocupación porque la movilidad automática, cuando haya un aumento salarial para los empleados municipales, va a disparar el déficit” que además “va a afectar a otros entes y a los otros dos municipios”
“Hay que sentarse y pensar una alternativa, el proyecto no la contemplaba y se quedó en trabajar en esa dirección”, amplió, a la vez que remarcó que “todos estamos acuerdo en poner el ojo sobre cómo se financia un futuro déficit; eso es lo que hay que resolver y ponerse de acuerdo”. E indicó que “la legisladora Mónica Urquiza nos propuso que presentáramos un proyecto y que lo consensuáramos, y lo vamos a hacer”.
“Hay que buscar una alternativa porque los Municipios ya están en una situación muy compleja, esperamos que cambie la situación económica a nivel nacional pero eso no va a ser de buenas a primeras por más que en diciembre cambie el Gobierno nacional”, continuó, y además evaluó que se debe dar “una discusión muy profunda y seria sobre el futuro de la caja de jubilaciones de la Provincia”.
Por otra parte, el jefe de Gabinete de Ushuaia cruzó al legislador Pablo
Villegas, quien “dijo en el recinto que fuimos a frenar la ley de movilidad y
esto es absolutamente falso, una mentira”.
“El legislador afirmó que fuimos a ‘presionar’ porque no queríamos que se vote la ley, y eso es mentira. No sabemos por qué planteó esto cuando durante la reunión que tuvimos participó y no dijo nada”.
Por último, Souto destacó que “su propia compañera de bloque, la legisladora Urquiza, estuvo de acuerdo en que hay que trabajar en la Legislatura sobre cómo se va a cubrir el déficit que genere la suba automática de las jubilaciones cuando haya cualquier incremento salarial”.
