UPCN repudia la Caída del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo
RIO GRANDE.- La comisión directiva de la Unión Personal Civil de la Nación (UPCN), emitió ayer un documento por el cual expresó su repudio al intento de derogación del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo, considerando que esa medida deja a 500 trabajadores de la administración pública desocupados.
El documento indica que “en base a las medidas tomadas por el gobierno provincial ya de público conocimiento, UPCN repudia el intento de derogación del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo homologado oportunamente y publicado con todos los pasos legales correspondientes para su puesta en vigencia”.
“Esta decisión unilateral deja a más de 500 personas en la calle, 500 familias. Además, nuestra entidad sindical, desea aclarar que no formó parte ni fue convocada formalmente por el gobierno actual a reunión alguna anterior a la derogación del convenio”.
“Cabe destacar, en cuanto al aspecto político, dos cuestiones relevantes. En primer lugar, sería el primer gobierno democrático de la historia que anula un Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo y, lo peor, es que lo anula para regresar a una “Ley de la dictadura militar” como lo es la 22140”.
Por último desde UPCN expresaron que “nos haremos eco del reclamo de nuestros compañeros que han sido alcanzados por esta medida, a nuestro entender ilegítima”.
